Winner: Foodie Awards Casual Dining Chef of the Year 2022

Reaching the final of the Coventry & Warwickshire Foodie Awards I was invited to a Cook Off at Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park Live Event in Warwick.

Up against two formidable chefs the dishes were judged by Candice Brown (former bake off winner) and Nigel Barden (BBC food presenter)

I’m was over the moon to have won, both judges saying the taste, textures and overall presentation of the dish was sublime.

Another accolade under my belt.
