Food judge

I’m happy to announce I am a registered for Judge for The Guild of Fine Foods based in London.

On a yearly basis I’m asked to attend sittings to taste artisan products for The Great Taste Awards giving exceptional products Stars according to the quality of the product. 

For three consecutive years I was also on the panel of judges for Aubrey Allen’s 

Home Cook of the Year Competition with Russell Allen and esteemed Chef Patron of Brassiere Blanc Restaurant’s Clive Fretwell
